Job Vacancy: Diversity Officer

Trinity College is looking to appoint a Diversity Officer or Consultant.

The person appointed will have an opportunity to make a significant strategic impact as we strive to be a more compassionate and supportive institution around, in, and through the lenses of diversity. Trinity College has a vision to ‘live like the kingdom is near.’ The successful applicant will help bring awareness, strengthen, and grow the college in fulfilling its strategic priority of becoming ‘a more diverse and postcolonial institution in order to meet the needs of all our students.’

Main Terms:

  • Pro-rata equivalent of the annual stipend plus housing allowance for a college tutor, currently £36,496 pa. Salary is reviewed in April each year.
  • The role is 0.2 FTE and is anticipated to require an average of one day per week, though with the likelihood of more time spent at college in term-time than during vacations. Normal office hours are 9.00 to 5.30 with morning worship with the college community starting on most term-time days at 8.30.
