Summer Connect Events

Over the summer and during the start of term, our student spouse group Connect has planned social events so that you can get to know some of the other people here at college. Partners and children are welcome to come along to everything. There will be a couple of people with a sign to show you who we are! If you are unsure about what the plan will be that day due to weather, check our ‘Trinity Connect 2018-19’ Facebook group, or email connect@trinitycollegebristol.ac.uk.

Wednesdays in August

10am-12pm (1, 8, 15, 22, 29 August)

Dry weather: St Andrew’s Park, BS6 5AX. There’s plenty of parking in the streets surrounding the park, and a tea van as well serving hot and cold drinks, cakes, and lunch snacks. Meet between the play area and the paddling pool and bring a towel if you have little ones that would like a paddle.

Wet weather: Hunters Café and Bar, BS9 3RW. Again, plenty of parking in the surrounding streets and an area with toys and books in the back of the café. They’re very family friendly.

Night out

Friday 31 August, 7:30pm – Pinkman’s bakery, 85 Park Street, BS1 5PJ. Pizzas, wine, and fun.

All-age socials

Monday 3 September, 10am-12pm: Drop in to the college for ice creams on the front lawn and games.

Wednesday 5 September, 9.30am-12pm: Drop in to the college for a cream tea on the front lawn.

Friday 7 September: Pastoral group socials (details to be confirmed with students).

Saturday 8 September, 3pm: Whole community worship at St Mary’s Stoke Bishop, followed by food and fun at Trinity.
